Foundation for Indian Integration and Rights ( F.I.I.R ) mobilizes the best resources, healthcare and working professionals and knowledge to combat the devastating to those who are less fortunate in Indian Civil  Society.
 

Our enthusiastic  team of professionals , mentors , advisors will  provide the support in view of our MISSION 'H.E.A.T’ which focus in the areas of Health , Education and Employment , Advocacy and Access as well as Awareness , Training and Talent  to the  marginalized community i.e Person with different disabilities , Women , Sr Citizen’s etc. when and where they need it most.
 

It all started with a simple request:

More H.E.A.T , More ENERGY

 

When we go through with several reports in regard to social discrimination   , we nortice that instead  of many constitutional provisions , state and central government schemes , all such unable to reach to the marginalized community . Their rights of living  are violated on regular basis . Central and State government do best possible attempts for the allevation of us , for the allevation of poverty or empowerment of its citizen , but because of the huge gap between government and public , from one rupee , only 10-20 paisa reach to the persons generally .

 

We knew we could be the group to provide the necessary resources. We could be the people to transform this from a unique idea into a set of actionable items to raise awareness and to fight for the dignity , diversity and human rights .
 

To do this, we are going to set out our team with essential resources:
 

Financial: Funds to train   our volunteers  that could go door-to-door and mother-to-mother providing essential care where and when family need it.
 

Technical: Tools to better understand the barriers to which deprived sections need to face in accessing the resources across India.

Logistical: Connections to   our partner NGO’s and beyond that could enable and improve MISSION 'HEAT’  delivery on the ground.

Research: Best-practices from academic literature and   the kind of analysis of   our MISSION 'HEAT’ data and to be discuss and present in National and International Conferences.

 

Working with these four tenets,  F.I.I.R has grown from  team of some youngsters with/without disabilities and then make a  national team of  lawyers , medical professional , educationalist and researchers,  students and volunteers , self employed persons ,  friends and family who are all positively dedicated to improve this drastic situation  with an aim for the better living of all in India  .
 

F.I.I.R is 100% volunteer organization, which offers us a unique ability: every rupee/dollar, every minute/hour, and every product given to F.I.I.R  goes, without exception, directly to our programs connected to MISSION 'H.E.A.T’ . We are a non-profit dedicated to constant improvement which we seek through volunteer-professionals that advise us on everything from website design to public relations to development and driven by the premise that the money we receive , travel directly to those who need them.

At  F.I.I.R  , each one of us takes pride in dedicating our time, resources, talent and passion to making a large and lasting impact on MISSION 'H.E.A.T’ issues  in India . Like hurdles experience by Person with Disabilities  in India , Like  Issues connected to Sr Citizens/Women/Childs  and all  who faces  social/professional exclusion just ,  because of discrimination on the grounds of caste , religion , disability , gender etc. ,  we can’t do it alone, but with your help only , we can put the basement of ‘Truly Inclusion’ successfully .
