India is a well growing health care sector and government spending huge amount of budget every year on it and More and more attention is dedicated to the health problems by State or Central Government Agencies as well as in support with NGO's etc , but instead of all such efforts , health facilities yet not reachable to the needy persons smoothly in diffeerent states across India . Basic health care seems to be distant dream for most of the population. In view of it , we focus to enusre that health facilities/schemes should reach to the marginalized section of the society and help in getting timely.
With Support of Health Consultants , Charitable Hospitals/Diagnostic Centres , Medical /Health Camps will also be organize by us , at regular intervals with an aim to promote health care awareness . We would also ensure, in partnership with Local Level NGO's / Government Support that no fee charge to the poor patients for diagnostic services in Private Hospitals/Nursing Homes etc or to arrange the sponsors for their surgical or assistive devices or for any other mobility needs to ensure break of all such health barriers which restrict any person sometimes to move ahead towards the way of success .
F.I.I.R ensure that ' Inclusive education' policy must adopted from Primary schools to Higher education across all states in India with true definition of 'Truly Inlcusion' that every marginalized child recieve education at Right Time with equal opportunities and without any discrimination .
After R.T.E act , now education is the fundamental right of every child and no child should be deprived of this basic right simply because he/she does not have access to it or does not have the resources to realize his/her dreams . In our mission Heat , Education and Employment is on priority where all citizens/parents/families etc will come together to ensure that India’s children have a better future and to adress the educational issues with integration of all . Apart from it , With Support of C.S.R inititiaves , NGO's , State and Central Government Support to Sponsor the deprived students for their school/college fees or by providing them scholorships .
As After Completion of Education , Every one Needs Regular Employment either by self employment or to work for someone . In view of it , F.I.I.R Promote employment with focus to reach out to unemployed youth in India across all states , that all marginalised communities/who are less fortunates can live their life with dignity and enjoyed diversity at all workplaces / or recieve the loan for self employment easily from the State Channelizing Agencies directly without any hurdles .
ADVOCACY AND ACCESS

Advocacy with Access facilitation is the core area of F.I.I.R to which we are more committed and concern . We at F.I.I.R with support of our advisors and supporters will try to maintain high standards in the provision of advocacy, whilst reducing the levels of recurring issues through effective communication .

To work within the boundaries of confidentiality, and ensure that that beneficiary and other agencies are aware of the confidentiality policies and focus provide an independent, non-judgmental service accessible to all.

Apart from it , we with Highly trained advocates assist marginalised communities to apply for and appeal the denial of the benefits under different Constitutional or State Legislature Acts for Health , Education , Employment etc .

F.I.I.R will try to provide free legal support to the beneficiary will conduct free workshops / camps for the community to aware them about the constitutional rights .

TRAINING AND TALENT
We at F.I.I.R , also provide the training to the marginalized Communities in view of our short term skill development programmes i.e Computer Courses , Handicraft training etc and will effort to provide the platform to present their creative and innovative hidden abilities in front of the world to recognize their talent by rewarding them !
We Will also train the volunteers and Interns that they can contribute themselves for the concern of 'Truly Inclusion'.
